[Customer Service] I backed at an Early-Bird tier, but now I want to change my pledge. Can I keep my Early-Bird status?

Once we pass the 48-hour mark, you won’t be able to change your pledge without also potentially losing access to the 48-hour tier; however, we will still be able to track everyone who pledged in the Early-Bird window and get you the bonus rewards once we hit the Pledge Manager. You’ll just need to reach out to us.

[Customer Service] Can I change my pledge level?

Yes! You will be able to change or upgrade your pledge at any time through the campaign, and you’ll be able to add any additional add-ons you’d like after the Kickstarter in the pledge manager as well.

[Customer Service] What is a Backerkit survey? When will it be sent?

Backerkit is a website we’ll send you to when it comes time to collect your mailing address and shipping costs. It’s also one of the ways that we’ll be delivering you digital files. Look for Backerkit links to be sent out around the end of the year.

[Gameplay] Do I need MÖRK BORG to play Raptor Ruckus?

No! Raptor is a standalone RPG and you’ll have everything you need to play within it’s pages (except dice and some paper/pencils).

However, we HIGHLY recommend you get your claws on MÖRK BORG because it’s incredible. Trust us.

[Gameplay] Will there be solo rules for Raptor Ruckus?

Yes! A simple set will be included in the core book. Depending on how much demand there is and how successful the campaign ends up, we would like to expand theme extensively.

Yep. Every time.

No. Though the Spared No Expense Tier includes both. Usually, you’ll need to purchase these items separately.

No. And to be extra clear, we won’t be using it in the artwork, the writing, the promotions, or any other facet.

[Shipping] I feel like shipping costs are high. Why is that?

Shipping costs are obscene on our end. We hate it as much as you do. But there’s not much we can do about a 50% increase in postage alone over the last two years.

When everything is getting ready to ship and the pledge manager closes. We’ll give you plenty of notice ahead of time.

Hell yes! We have another couple of campaign books roughed out, plus a resource expansion and a handful of zines.

Yes! Sometime between now and the digital release, we’ll post it up, but don’t expect anything substantially different from the standard Mork Borg license.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
